This morning we visited the Cascate del Mulino, a natural hot spring made up of a series of waterfalls flowing into terraced travertine pools.

We played under the waterfalls and had a relaxing soak.

This afternoon we visited the local Mambrini Viticoltori Winery in the tiny town of Poggio Murella.

Our tasting was conducted by the owner and winemaker, Angelo Mambrini.

We tasted their two whites, a rose and several reds (Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Aleatico) plus a sweet wine and a herbal vermouth.

Angelo let us taste every product Mambrini makes!

Tonight at dinner, we were serenaded by a lovely piano player who had an interesting playlist. He mixed Stevie Wonder, Sade and George Michael with Italian standards.
